Segway-Ninebot's new ES4 kick scooter delivers a top speed of 30km / h with a maximum range of 45km. This type complies with the requirements as a light motor bike according to the Ordinance on the Technical Requirements for Road Vehicles (VTS Art. 18) and is suitable for the road with a maximum speed of 20 km / h. Front and rear shock absorption ensures maximum driver comfort.
